Originally from Southeast Louisiana, I have a Masters in Social Work from New York University and a BA in Spanish from the University of Georgia.

I have worked in the field for over 10 years with experience in non-profit, for profit and school settings, including 6 years of work and training at the Momentous Institute here in Dallas.

In my free time I love practicing yoga, cooking, gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with my two incredible boys.

About the name:

I chose the name Laurier (French for “Laurel”) to point towards the Laurel wreath used to crown victors in Ancient Greek and Roman times. With hard work and perseverance we can all access victory over our greatest struggles, fears and hardships. I hope to journey beside you as you move forward towards your own personal victories.

The French is a throwback to my beloved Louisiana roots. Additionally, the bay leaves that make up the beautiful laurel wreath represent my deep love of cooking and good food.
